Unmounted stamps are not cushioned. If you are ever unhappy with any purchase you make from The Stamp Mill/Desert Stamper, please let us know and we will take care of the problem immediately. We will gladly exchange the product or offer a refund, whichever you prefer. All orders are shipped within two business days whenever possible. If we should encounter a delay of any kind we will let you know! We accept payment by check, money order, Paypal, Visa, MC and Discover.
